I meant like which technology-- now a days has remote work.

Also--How are the payrates for the non programming tools

(I am looking for a change-- please suggest--
i have seen a max payrate of 65/hr --does any other tools pay more..!).

I know WebSphere admin's and SAN jobs are WFH most times.. Many times admin related jobs are WFH.. Development is rarely u will find depending on the team.. No matter you get 65+ in the jobs when you are working C2C, you will end up paying more taxes and at the end what you get is mostly the same. So anywhere above 60+ is good I consider...
