CAP GAP not valid after October 1st..

Only option.. If she is out of status from a Student prospective.She can stay in this country without job .. as there is no work permit for here. but still Had a visa application under Review.

So .. kothaga malli Student visa status kaavali antey apply cheyyali univ lo Admission raavali.. admisssion vachaaka.. thana old school lo nundi SEVIS transfer avvali.. kotha school ki..

Oka vela Repu OPT expire ayyina ventaney.. old School lo SEVIS Terminate chesthey.. koncehm complex rules untaayi.. I kind of gone thru that mess.pretty losely. couple of years ago.. personally.
