SQL developer vaadu mama... SQL developer lo ayithe schema expand chesi ... table ni find out chesi .. table midha right click chesi .. import from excel anu ... tarvatha minor screens pass cheyali .. that will bring data from excel to table...

if this is one time only-- then you must be using a sql developer or toad...go to that table in the left pane and you will see the option...if this has to be production and automatic then you should be using sql loader utility

Use sql developer import utility or sql loader.

In sql developer right click on the desired table, you can see import utility.
