maa frnd employer Calif lo untadu......maa vaadu Texas lo job chestunappdu ee yr H1 applied and approved (some time arnd July).....but September lo job maaradu (same employer client changed) Calif ki......India ki veldam anukuntunnadu Dec ki.....but employer antunnadu kotha LCA apply cheyyali nv stamping ki veltav kada bcoz u changed client antunnadu anta......is this true? employer same undi client maarithe malli LCA appply cheyyala stamping ki povali ante.......please help.....

LCA is for the workplace you are in, if you change client in same city/county then not needded...
but if you change place you need to take new LCA

LCA ante nuvu work chese location batti akkada ne position ki entha pay cheyali me vodu entha pay chesthunnado neku antha Labor department ki pamputharu.. anni satisfy aithe approve chestharu... so okko location lo okkola untadhi pay.. daanni batti ne payroll kuda run avvali... zipcode ki zipcode ki kuda change avuthadi anukuntaa...

and nee H1 lo any materialistic change unnaa H1b amendment cheyinchali.. LCA apply chesthe only DOL ke telusthundhi and there is no relation between USCIS and DOL.. so H1B amend chesthe nuvvu basical ga USCIS ki update chesthunnattuu
