bro, i lost 40 pounds in 3 months. sollu chebutunadu anukokandi... naaku fekalsina avasaram ledhu...i used to be 193...now today im 152
its just a 3 step process

step1:
avoid eating completely rice, pizza, burger, drinking alcohol, high sugar fruits, eat less salt & sugar in curries or coffee or tea
9t only 1 or 1 n half chapathi,,, lunch u can have 2 chepathi,,,, break fast 2 boiled eggs (only whites) with cereals or bread (breakfast can be a bit heavy its ok) (no coffee in morning)

step2:
gym,,,, 1 n half hour of thread mill... u dont need to do at a time.... do half an hour take 10 min break,, but try to burn 750 or more calories/everyday,

step3:
activity bro... after lunch walk for 10-15 mins it will digest fast and evening at 4 or 5 definitely take coffee (with less sugar or no sugar). taking this coffee itself burns 100 calories.
even after dinner walk for 20 mins... bcoz there will be no activity when u go to sleep. if you walk after dinner... all waste will come out good in the morning.

what ever i'm sharing with you is a diet plan for age between 25-30... who eat indian food. I gave trainer 1000$ one time money. he is white. bayata bar lo deal matladukuna..24 hour fitness ki pay chekunda,,, with cash deal pettukuna.... weight reduction for 40 pounds.... next month nunchi muscle ki deal matladukovali.

trust me guys it will def works... bcoz it worked for me and that too this is a trainer method.

mayya nuv chese diet and work out ki malli trainer ki 1000 enduk vay bokka ???
and draining so many calories with so less intake in such a short period of time is never suggested...
ila unbalanced ga chesthe motham body biscuit authadi .. u ll loose muscle kuda with the fat .. healthy excercising is what u shld do with balanced diet..
