Rental Car Collision While Parking -- Need Help On The Insurance Part

rented a car from budget for 1 month without taking their insurance, thinking my Visa card will take care of it.

In the second week during rental, collision happened while parking the car in garage, small dent and scratches on the passenger door.

When i called CC company they denied the claim with the reason, rental should be max of 15 days.

just to estimated the damage, got estimate from 3 different body shops differently $2500 $1500 $300 (mexican shop)

Any suggestions or ideas how budget will react on this?
