Till 1980, husbands use to respect wives. Wives used to respect husbands. Now, everything is changed. But one thing that did not change is that they do give over action when it comes to children. They put 100% of time on children rather they improve the communication with each other. They will do hard efforts to make their children lazy asses. They earn for them too much so that children dont have to earn on their own. Same case for indian parents in USA. It has to change.
