its temporary...rates decresaed now....i bought some good lands at cheaper prices from andhra ppl as they are afraid creating TG would casuse them trouble or TG ppl wud loot theirs...so they sold at cheaper price....

Land rates anevi fluctuate avuthu unthadi may b thagatani chances unnai ..because new capital medha concentrate chestharu ...So Mostly business sale and buy type ..SO cant judge ...But sure if they select good place for capital ...No one gonna see towards hyd in future... nuvu eroju konthe repu market collapse ayyindhi anuko ..ammali anthe konne dhikku kuda undhadhu ...realestate vallu price ni constant ga unchataniki try chestharu
