he was 86 ..by the time he got the award ..he has no family nor relatives he a lonely person..so for him it doesn't matter .


To the Q, yes Govt.Cultural minister responsibility is to admit the artists (who got highest awards) to hospital and monitor them

but most cases they will be celebrities so they go to PVT. Hospitals
