Paystubs teeskoni velldam manchidey... But, remember one thing... Never run ur payroll when you are in india because, if you have issues in future like I140 or something you can use that unpaid vacation time for h1b extension... If you run payroll you cannot use it. It will be just a waste. so think about it.. I have seen a friends case a month ago...so telling... you can be in india without payroll upto 12 months or 9 months I think without any issues..
