Dude as i told your problem is not your manager or girls or team lead. Here problem is you. You are not requesting the overtime pay! Take this as oppurtunity and get paid overtime. If he says you cannot get overtime pay tell him double the bill rate considering overtime. If he says no to all contact Hr. If you are in India no god can solve your problem.. You are slave
