'Attarintiki Daredi' Beats 'Magadheera'!

The last few days saw some major anticipation happening in the camp of Pawan Kalyan fans and many others. They were all waiting to see whether the film ‘Attarintiki Daredi’ will continue its run and become the topmost grosser in the history of Tollywood. Well, the good news has arrived much sooner than expected.

According to latest reports, ‘Attarintiki Daredi’ has crossed the all time best grosser ‘Magadheera’ and taken its place.

Only in Andhra Pradesh, the film has taken a whopping Rs 56 crores. Taking into account, the collections from the rest of India and abroad it has crossed Rs 70 crores.

The key factors contributing to this success is the ticket rate hike and the dollar hike at that time. Though piracy struck a big blow and DVD also came online, though Seemandhra agitation ensured not all theatres functioned properly, Ram Charan’s top seat has been replaced by Pawan Kalyan. Way to go power star!
