Agreed..aithe ikada oka condition undochu : me vadiki if it is first time relationship with TEK..vadi agreements prakaram evo raka rakala insurance policies untai..avi teeskotaniki ne money ki ila bokka pedtunadu me vadu..but $5/hr is way too much.

avanni emp gadu bharinchali.... endukante... nuvvem chesina (like any damage or server crash) ninnu evaru emi cheyaru client site lo.... but client will ask PV and PV will charge your emp... Your emp's insurance will pay that charges.... even you emp does not have insurance... nobody will ask the employee and he is not liable for that.... so bottom line is EMP has to take care of those extra charges....
