santhusen8 Posted October 23, 2013 Report Posted October 23, 2013 i think there is some truth in what he is saying , i knew my friend father who was supposed to be in a top position of a department , couldn't get there as the concerned central minister requested up to 5 crores , and other guy who paid was appointed to that position . Central minister TG , MY FRIENDS FATHER TG , the other guy is Seemandhra, nothing to do with region but with money and politics ,
