Running.. Daily morning 10 miles .. Evening oka 15 miles running chey

After that 10 mins plank .. 3 sets each set 100 crunches chey.. And leg raise oka 300-350 chey daily

asalu 2 miles 6 mph speedlo running chesthe, 20 minuteski neerasam vasthundhi... 25 minutes ki kindha padipothamu.. Ofcourse that depends on our stamina...
