Hiit 30 min daily chee yayaa instead of normal workouts definitely worth...10 miles 15 miles kanaa..


Please bro help me.. I have been beating 10-20 times aday since 6 months.. I still don't get the packs and also konchem kuda weight thaggale.. Inka enni saarlu beat cheyaali.. And emaina vere la try cheyala?? Mee salahaalu ivvalsindhi ga koruthunna

running, skipping, swimming.

excercise okkati saripodhu. u have to maintain deit.

stay away from rice. night dinner lite ga thinandi. dinner ayyaka atleast 2hours melku undandi.

stay away carbs

push-ups, sit ups kooda baaga pani chesthayi

Running.. Daily morning 10 miles .. Evening oka 15 miles running chey

After that 10 mins plank .. 3 sets each set 100 crunches chey.. And leg raise oka 300-350 chey daily
