Running.. Daily morning 10 miles .. Evening oka 15 miles running chey

After that 10 mins plank .. 3 sets each set 100 crunches chey.. And leg raise oka 300-350 chey daily

u dont have exercises that are designed for belly part. DIET DIET DIET is the main manthra and at least 30 - 45 mins of any type of workout.

Spot training or spot exercise not good if you still want to do it.. p90 is good..
