Don't keep any special schedule, let them decide their own schedule - Most imp.2. Spend as much time as you can with them.2. help them finding books or other their interesting topics on net for them.3. Have evening walk with them daily and take them to near by parks like places.4. Teach/help them how to use skype to chat with people back in india.5. Call them from you office, whenever you get time and ask about their lunch etc...6. If grand children are there they can be engaged by them.these are some ways you can keep them happy and busy.... 1
