i know.. soy tofu is also best how do u incoprate to meal? For example carbs ki sweet potato, quinoa, brownrice ? So how do u use both? I mean recipe's?

nenu gata 2 yrs ga brown rice fish chicken tintuna.. I have reached saturation point of body fat loss I want to do it even more.. With veggies no meat man..

Ok have that option But problem is it also contain 15 % carbs per serving kada ba and rice a lo carbs ? Improper balance in carbs ipootadi kada .. carbs with salad beans is low carbs and quinoa or rice with beans is too high carbs ipootadi kada

hmm that's what I need to do now.. on muscle day rice rest day carbs... fat oka saturation level ki reached mama.. 4 weeks ki 1-2 pound tagutuna..
