Dont eat chapatis at night they are as bad as rice, eat grilled meat and mixed vegtables. they increase metabolism. helps you

 

 

2. drink 6 -8 liters of water every day

 

no beer, drink wine(occasionally)

 

eat salads for the next one months avoiding foods that have carbohydrates

Sachi potavu not a healthy way slow and steady... 10 pounds for 1.5 months is ok

If you are swiming, count the no of laps you do in a minute and increase it every day. if you are swiming for one hour make sure you take short breaks and do excersices with time limits and try to improve the count every day.
