Dont eat chapatis at night they are as bad as rice, eat grilled meat and mixed vegtables. they increase metabolism. helps you

 

 

2. drink 6 -8 liters of water every day

 

no beer, drink wine(occasionally)

 

eat salads for the next one months avoiding foods that have carbohydrates

 

 

bagaa neelu tagu tinetappudu kuda and dont drink more than 4 Lts of water... your kidneys will go off.... you will see result in 3 weeks

oke sari diet lo teda vasthe follow avatam kastam... slow ga calorie intake tagginchu... chala mandi oke sari diet marchestaru... 2-3 days taravata valla kaadhu anipistundhi... 

 

 

ne height, weight, age, gender tho neku daily enni calories kavalo chuskuni, atleast 500 cal per day deficit undela chusko..

 

for example, daily two times rice tinte, first 1 week eat rice once and eat chapaties the other time..

 

next week eat chapaties and night chapaties

 

3rd week eat chapaties and night salad

 

ila slow ga chesthe body adjust avtundhi...

 

last but the week before, go for gm diet...

 

no sugar at all... coffee lo kani endulo aina sugar veskoku

 

two times a day lemon + honey +warm water tagu(emty stomach meda mrng compulsaryga)
