15 lbs in 1 month aaa...mari goram kadha33.giftindi manayali anukunta aa range lo taggali antae..!

Replace white rice with brown rice/quinoa.Quinoa is available in Costco which is protein not carbohydrate like rice and little fills your stomach.

get salmon fillets and grill them in woven.eat it with lettuce,the same can be done with chicken breast too.try to incorporate protein in your diet avoid carbohydrate,fat,sugar.

Replace white rice with brown rice/quinoa.Quinoa is available in Costco which is protein not carbohydrate like rice and little fills your stomach.

yoo...Quinoa is carbs as well...the only advantage is has more protien in it compared to white or brown rice

 

I still prefer Brown rice over Quinoa bcoz it cheaper in cost and has more starch content which doesnt makes you hungry

yoo...Quinoa is carbs as well...the only advantage is has more protien in it compared to white or brown rice

ask the indian store guy.. home made chapati provide chestaremo...nen alaney techukuntuna
