Choodu meee emp file chesthunna vaala lo nee skill set unte it reduces cost I mean adv exp can be shared.. Emp thief sons don't tell this..ekkuva think cheeyyakunda 1 yr mee emp cheppinattu proceed avvu..not a big deal..cannot go detail from my own exp..I am telling... idhi correct, employers usually go with mass filing to save money.....

MS degree + 2 yrs US exp undi... kada.. adi pettu.. & moreover what is the job profile in india ? is that same matching with job ur doing in US ?
