It does not matter whether the experience was attained with the current employer. The tricky part is showing that your education was equivalent to Bachelors which generally is a 16 year education in the US. The labor application should be detailed/flexible enough to accept foreign equivalent education for the US Bachelors + 5 Years of experience . It should also allow to accept alternate education to US Masters Equivalent
