Yuvatha Posted October 28, 2013 Report Posted October 28, 2013 Ante naa MS degree + 2 1/1 years current work experience chaala for Perm and therefore i140, 485 process ki,.... devuda please help.... aa point ki ne meaning endo naku ardam kaledu kaani bhayya....nademo GC with 2yrs exp tho EB2 lo file chesaru...labor lo regular Ad procedure meeda query vesadu, ma vallu answer chesary labor approved in like 6mo...tarvatha nenu 4mo ki 140 apply chesanu(na personal reasons valla), but you can do right after labor approval and I got this approved in 2 weeks.(prem em cheyinchaledu) na friend okadu OPT lone GC start chesadu...so vadiki MS with 1yr exp tho EB2 lo chesadu...he too got approved without any issues...so for EB2 MS degree unte chalu ...if yur major is non-computer ..then better to have some IT exp if you are filing ur GC for an IT role.
