Never had breakfast for many years (donno how many).

 

Ee madhya started having one fruit (any) & lime juice with honey (replacing chai)

Till last week morning 7.30 ki scoop of whey and by 8 ki 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg with some chopped veggies and fat free cheese to taste and one banana
Brunch 11 am ki 100 grm of brown rice Nd 80 grm of chicken
1 ki brown rice tilapia 100 grm
4 ki brown rice chicken again
After gym 2 scoops of whey
Around 9 brocoli and asparagus 2 spoons of cottage cheese
Before bed 30 min 1 scoop of casine

Now replaced brown rice with salad spinach
No protein

Na body ne detoxification chestuna no artificial products only green and chicken next week no chicken only veggies and beans..continues ga 13 weeks full protein loo una soo.. yes before bed tesukuney protein is called casein.. 8 ki home after gym 1 hr gap lo broccoli ... nee energy antha gym.loo ipooentundi kada... I do heavyweights
