SS Rajamouli is one Telugu director who seems to have cracked the success formula. And he didn't stop there. His films were not just money-minting machines at ticket windows, they are garnering critical acclaim as well and bagging many accolades and awards at popular film festivals.

His previous graphical extravaganza is quintessential for the above statements. After getting rave responses and being screened at raining international film festivals, the latest is that Eega walked away with 9 prominent awards at Toronto After Dark Film Festival held recently.

Eega has been adjudged as Best Action Film, Best Comedy, Most Original Film, Best Special Effects, Best Fight (Fly/Nani vs Sudeep throughout the film), Best Film to watch with a crowd, Best Editing, Best Villain (Sudeep) and Best Hero (The Fly/Nani).

With this kind of applause and accolades, definitely, there is no stopping for Magadheera director who is on a wave in setting records by each passing day. No doubt, he is making Telugus proud and taking Telugu films to the next level. Hope his forthcoming high-budget period film Baahubali is nothing short of the expectations. And one is expecting this film to make many more records.
