1) last 4 digits of social,
2) billing address zip code
and few questions about survey

they will say that you will get discount or $40 discount in next billing cycle if you participate in this survey ,

dont take any surveys and give out any information, i gave them info, malli doubt otchi online choosanu, and found that they are fraud people.
