H1B Visa Extension And H1B Visa Transfer Question

Hi,

 

   First of all happy deepavali to all. Need small help. My current company has applied for H1 extension and its in pending state since july. My i94 expired in September. New company applied for H1 transfer after i94 expiry in premium and it is approved with extended i94 date.

 

My doubt is do i need to wait for extension to be approved with current company or can i move to the new company without any problem?

can move to new company without any problem ....wait for replies there are many senior people and they will give you better solution or can check murthy forum too
