chantiabbai Posted November 4, 2013 Report Posted November 4, 2013 If you dont have health issues, then go for HSA else go for PPO, It is similar to buying a auto insurance, car ki ekkuva deductable pettav anuko neeku premium takkuva untadi but just in case accident avte neeku ekkuva deductible kattalsostadi...for eg: nuvvu HSA plan teeskunte monthly premium 50 ala undachu and deductible 5000 ala untadiii..so major health issues vaste you have to pay 5000 from your pocket and rest from insurance company if no health issues then you save money by paying low premiums. but PPO anuko.. you end up paying 100 dollars a month but dediuctable might be 1000 dollars so end up paying more premium...Usually, under 35 years HSA should be fine after that we can move to PPO..Its your own risk.. i hope this helps
