@op./////consider this as my actual reply.....neeku feb lo rpoject ending ani telsinappudu don't just sit there and start marketing in feb.....i did the same thing(it was not my mistake....i went to vacation in jan on my opt ext ..came back i found a proj but in a hurry i choose the wrong offer....and really had top go througha tough period for 3 months....so adhe scene repeat avvadhu anukunte just december lo marketings start chesi jan lo find a new client....u'll have enough time to find long term contract and possibly tell them that u'll need some assistance regarding ur h1b.....be transparent...u'l definetly find the right client..and get ur h1....

naa case lo nenu malli apply chesa since i still had about 35 days left on my opt.....found a new proj and applied(shani gadu nannu ela center chesadu ante ee sari kuda proj ayipoyindhi but naku rfe padakunda ne approval vachindhi)

2nd dhi maa frnd vadidhi h1b extension ....rfe paddaka proj ayipoyindhi ayina kaani valla emp support chesadu he submitted old client docs..and he got approval...



bottomline......nyayavadhi ki chepthe asalu oppukodhu..mee emp tackle cheyyali....he can do the needfull to get ur approval....</sub>
