Nenu naa 2 cars ki chesanu. As per PA laws, 7 letter is the max and you just pay a one-time fee of $20.00/car. Yearly registration is as usual you do with other number plates. I know that some states charge $200.00.

 

Go to DMV site and look for vanity plates/custom plates  and you can find all the info.
