athanu anedi...rental 15$ aithe full insurance 40$ avtundi so he wants to avoid that with non owners insurance as he doesn't have a car..

Geico vadu estadu...call them and ask them I am planning to buy a car in 2-3 months meanwhile I need non owner's liability insurance ante vade state batti cheptadu(nenu rental cars tesukuntanu frequent ga ante)...I took it in WA State...
