at time of taking loan.... u are bound to bank for 5 years by paying EMI .... if u repay loan earlier...which may potentially decrease ur credit history points ani vinna nenu... & i was told so..... by 2 individuals 

& u end up paying only interest as EMI for the 1-2 years..
