I would suggest you to do these:

 

1. Dinner chesaka 1 hour ke paduko

2. Drink 1 glass of water before you sleep.

3. Sleep on floor with proper pillow 

4. Better sleep with head on East and I advised to avoid sleeping with our head to the north or west.We all know that our planet has a magnetic pole stretched from north to south with the positive pole at the north and the negative pole at the south. Now, health scientists tell us that we too have a similar magnetic stretch with the positive pole at the head and the negative one at the foot.

 

5. Don't cover your head completely with bed sheet for better breathing

 

 

Naaku telsina better practices cheppanu.... more over better do some basic stretching exercises at least 30 mins in a day and drink more water with proper diet in time.
