Pain tolerate cheyalekunte emergency ke pooo....if tolerable yela ayina 3 days lo appt undi kabati....take motrin or advil ....asalu pain source yendoo ortho dagara find out chesukoni ....then start physical therapy...

untolerable pain kadu ... its uncomfortable and little pain anthe ...

ayithe motrin or advil otc tesukoo...in the mean while static back exercise ani google type cheyyu..safest exercise 3 days cheyu 1 hr atleast till doc appt ...do power walking thats it.....don't run
