1. If Employee resigns from or is terminated for Cause (as defined in paragraph 2), from their

position and they or their dependents have received immigration benefits, Employee is required to

reimburse COMPANY for immigration benefit payments made on behalf of the Employee and/or their

dependents’ in the 36 months preceding their date of resignation or termination for Cause to the

extent permissible by law. Employee will repay this full amount of the assistance Employee and

their dependents’ receive (“Immigration Benefit Assistance”), whether such assistance is received

directly or through payment on Employee’s behalf by COMPANY of expenses relating to Employee’s

or dependent’s petition for Non Immigrant status or permanent residence, including, without

limitation, legal fees and disbursements and application or petition fees to the extent allowed by

U.S. immigration and labor laws.
