After watching video on abn channel about critical health condition of v.srinivas garu thought of sending some money.
After sending some amount, immediately the transaction got canceled and got an email saying:

Based on a thorough review of your transactions and/or your recipient’s transactions, we have decided to close your account.

Pursuant to the User Agreement, Xoom may, at any time and in its sole discretion, refuse any transaction, and reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. call chesanu and also call was directed to verification dept too...what they said is...the recipient's account cannot receive funds from xoom anta and they also asked how he is related to me.

But,I do not know the reason behind recipient violation.
