Send these three docs originals. (First two should be signed by the person sponsoring the Visa). All others can be photo copies/Scanned copies.

 

1.Letter addressed to the US Consulate General, Hyderabad/Chennai or where ever they are attending.

2.Invitation letter addressed to the Applicant in India.

3.Letter of employment (Employment verification letter cum salary certificate)

 

FYI...List of docs required:

 

1.Letter addressed to the US Consulate General.

2.Notarized Affidavit of Support - Form I-134.

3.Invitation letter addressed to the Applicant in India.

4.Copy of H1B approval (I-797)/Legal Permanent Resident Card.

5.Letter of employment (Employment verification letter cum salary certificate)

6.Copies of salary pay stubs for last 3 months (Salary Pay Slips)

7.Bank Account verification letter and Traansaction Statements for last 3 months.

8.Copies of last 3 years W2 forms (Income Tax Returns)

9.Copies of all pages of Indian Pasport, along with I-94/US Passport or      Citizenship Certificate.

10.Marriage Certificate (if sponsor is Son-in-law)

11.Passport copy of Spouse.
