3 Series is only a car for front 2 seats...back seats lo koorchodam kante mana India lo 7 seater auto lo comfort gaa untundi.....front 2 seats vallaki baaguntundi anthey.....plus going forward u will feel that car is small....if ur going for 3 series brand new...then my suggestion would be try pre owned 5 series....

i want conclude this thread with this line.

for 2L engine with so less leg room, u cant put blindly 40 k...cause when u want to resale ur returns are low.

only popular beemers in market (where resale value is there), is and was bmw 328 xi onwards.

I am mostly working for lean body...ippudu P90 chestunte or strength training chestunte..

1) Breath saripovatla..is it better to decrease the wts or decrese the reps

2) Workoutki velle mundu em tinakapote cheyleka potunna...banana or Oat meal ala tini velalsostundi..kani workoutki mundu ee carbs teskokunda unte better appudu fat karugudi antunnadu tonygadu??

3) Tony gadu bed time ki mundu em teskovadhu antunnaru but i am taking Casien ...is it ok??

It takes time mama experiment with body with food is good for ur body...

Coming to point..
1. Yes starting lo alagey unatdi.. either u decrease ur weights or reps it should be fine but with good amount of intensity tho chye pick a weight which u think u will fail at last rep..

2.yes easy carbs manchidi man before workout.... such as banana sweet potato oat meal also good but if ur trying to cut down fat better oats with water or 1 scoop of whey is also good..

3. Ya bed ki mundu 20-30 min ki casein
3-4 spoons of cottage cheese is also good

assuming ur doing hard core muscle training for at least 40 min u should follow this.. for better results..

The problem here is i am able to do the reps...but HIIT training like P90lo without gap next set cheyyalante oka 2 setski fine but 3rd setki breath saripovatla...maree kukka roppinattu ropputunna...so thinking to change something...shuld it be wgths from previous sets or reps anedi confusionga undi

unable to do reps antey? Ok set la 15 reps uniee anukoooo ur not able to do set 1 15 reps aa or 3rd set la 15th aa?
Drop sets chye 3rd set ki if you don't have enough strength .. decrease ur weights.. breathing initially problem ey until u get used to it.. emi kadu it's ok.. inhale when u push and exhale when pull on chest moments exactly opposite on back moments ...

Oka setlo 15 unnai anuko...i am able to do the 15..thts fine..ala 2 sets without gap cheygalanu emo...kani 3rd set start cheydaniki breathing saripovatla...aa P90lo vadu oka roundlo oka 5-6 sets without gap chepistunadu thts called HIIT kada...so nenu aa mothan cycle complete cheyalante which is better ani naa question...shuld i reduce the wght or reps??...strenght untundi...breathing saripovatla
