Every month 11th na release avuthundi bulletin. 

Those dates become valid right on the day of release, no need to wait until the next month. 

 

The bulletins are released on monthy basis, but the PDs have nothing to do the release dates of bulletins.

next tue varanku wait cheye vasthundhi .... i think dec nichi effective anukunta , as i observer release come with in range of every months before and after 10th.

antey suppose november visa bulletin lo EB2 june 2008 ani undhi kaani december bulletin(which will be released in 2-3 days) lo Jan 2005 poyindhi anuko 3008 to 2005 PD unnavallu andharu assam poyinattey naa if they haven't appled before the visa bulletin is released???

you crossed 6 months right..recent ga jarigina govt lockdown to..add one more month...and also they willl concentrate first on priority things..next to perm...
