one thing..dabbul chetilo unte..ekkadain invest cheyochu...in real estate...it will definitely be fruitful...

small technical problem with this, though not entirely relevant to India..

 

Right now, there's more money than equivalent assets to invest in.

 

Free ga dabbulu ichesthunnaru.. for the richest in the US. Kashtapadithe ne dabbulu osthayi anukodam aa kalam antha poyindi. This applies to rich iin India too.. especially who borrowed in the US and invested in India to take advantage of the massive 7-8% spread.

 

Otherwise none of our cities are worth the valuation. They all suck. some more than others.

 

The biggest problem is, most of them haven't worked hard to earn what they have now in India. except salaried people in the middle class.
