Friends Opt Extension Denied

applied for stem extension in july expiry september. august RFE, didnot get the RFE mail so requested to mail the RFE again. september begining got an email that RFE mail will be received by a month. Got status update as mail is undeliverable. contact customer service was shown online. so contacted customer care. so again generated service request. end of september got a email saying that you will get a response in one month for RFE. Called again in october to customer service, they told him to wait. so when called back in november 4th they said to wait till november 1st week. after that he received email today saying his opt got denial.

Can you give any suggestions or direction from here and also what options he has for extension. Thanks in advance.

reasons mention sesthadu kada enduku ala chesado....aa reasons meeku correct kakapothe meeru motion to reopen through lawyer with supporting documents pettukovachchu..

No worries at all me employer attorney tho motion to reopen file cheyandi .Letter rastharu attorney uscis ki .Opt  ext approve avthadhi..samething happened with my friend ..
