konni sarlu manaki nachhanive mana jeevitham lo chala marpulu tisukuosthai ani ante ento anukunna but na life aadhi nijame anipistundhi.. sarigga 3 years back ante November 08, 2010 na life lo first job lo join ayina. I dono anything...what to do, how to behave..totally new to me..appudu na age exactly 21. paristhithulu matalu nerpai alane natho pani kuda cheyinchai, anyhow i dont want to discuss abt that..now am happy and in future lo kuda happy ga unta ane nammakam ochhindhi kadhu kadhu dhairyam ochhindhi..may be e job and surrounding naku ha nammakanni ichhai

naku baaga gurthu na job interview antha 16minutes lo ayipoyindhi. graduation 3rd year lo undaga job trails try chesina... through my friend, hyd lo oka company lo IT Recruiter positions unnai telusukoni resume pampina..they called me and short listed for final interview with their manager who staying at Austin, Texas

baaga gurthu morning 8 ke i got call from USA....aadho vintha ga undhi number, sarle ani pick up chesina...interview started...intro ayipoyindhi..he just asked me three questions only...below are questions and answers

1. If you are team lead , one of your team member is very good @ work and he is one of the brilliant employee who can do any thing..but he is not coming to office in time...every day doing same...what u will do, will u terminate him or not

My Answer: I will terminate him becoz company had some principles..every one must follow this either he is team lead or good employee.... punctuality is most important than performance.

2. we are working 8 hours a day but company requested u to work two more hours for some days...will u work or not ?

M A: there is no problem to work more than 2 hours, if it is useful to company and to my career. I am happy to work...

3. final one, if I offer u 10K but u expecting 15K...r u ready to take the job or ready to bargain...?

M A : as am fresher, am not expecting more....it was my first job, as per your company norms..u can offer me the pay..I hope XXXXX (company name) will give good pay.

Hyderabad.... na life before hyd and after hyd ani cheppochhu becoz anthala change ayyanu. first lo I suffered alot entha badhapaddano naku telusu, food padaledhu...water problem ..e traffic horrble asala...days gadusthunnai konni months parle anukunna. ikkade inko turning point.... web business thought. ennallu ila manodu ichhe sal tho bathakali, why dont u use internet for money anukunna....na frnd thana frnd ne parichayam chesindu...oka chinna web application kosam parichayam ayyam, frankly speaking he is my inspiration inka cheppali ante mutli talented. he encouraged me alot...as he is proffessional Doctor but perfect in software also. web designing chimpathesthadu...nenu e roju inni web sites chesthunna ante vadu nerpindhe....na pichhi doubts ne opika ga vinnadu...i owe him allot. 

 

Happy ga cheppagalanu, I am the owner of some sites which is popular now in Google search engine. with all this inspiration starting new website for telugu people who is staying in outside india like USA, UK, Singapore etc., Hope this project will click.

e two years lo chalane chusa...anthaka mundhu life lo goal ante aadho oka job cheseyali, month 10k aythe chalu anukune vadini ikkadiki ochhaka especially ANDHRAFRIENDS , nenu US ravali....dollars sampadinchali...ma family ne manchiga chusukovali ane ambition. not only US even ikkada undi ayina manchi position lo undali ane thought tisukochhindhi AFDB. I dono others, AFDB valla chedipotharu antaru yes i agree, but naku matram AFDB chala use ayindhi....kontha mandhi manchi frnds dorikaru, i never leave them in my life antha manchollu. Thanks AFDB Admin. some times kontha mandhini hurt chesi unte....I m really  sorry

last but not least, my special appreciation goes to my company CEO. i dono nannu endhuku trust chesaru...nov lo IT Recuirter ga join ayina nenu jan lo shifted to HR/Accounts..... even i dont have master degree to do that position and i asked him the same...he replied me like this "I Turst u and education is not at all mandatory to work in such a particular position. Hard work and dedication is important. thats the reason i offered u this position.." office lo kuda andharu shift ayipo recuriter ante ennallu ila chestha HR role chala manchidhi annaru bayam gane shift ayina but now nijame anipistundhi...HR role nako responsibility ne tisukochhindhi...

e roju market loki velthe easily i can get 5 lakhs per annum. total credit goes to my present office. they trained me very well @ the same they encouraged me also. anyhow, change is common in every life... got new offer from one company but still waiting whether to accept or not. but anthakanna mundhu i want to give a try to my goal. Done with my GRE and TOEFL, will give try to F1 visa hope i will get it.

 

E three years journey ane kanna, last 18 months journey will keeps my career at high. Why becoz, total consulting field antha nerchesukunna I can do recruiting, HR, Contracts, Accounts, now am perfect in each department. 

 

Eduti vallu entho avasaram lo unte tappithe manalani adagaru, alanti vallaki neeku kudirnanthalo help cheyi ani antu undedhi amma.... nijame job leni valla situation naku telusu becoz I know that pain andhulo desam kani desam lo job lekapothe entha kastamo last 2 years nunchi chusina. naku telisinanthalo chala mandhiki jobs ippinchina, especially with this jobs i got very good friends in AFDB.

 

nenu elano USA vellalekapoyina atleast chance undi avakasam kosam chusthunna vallaki ayina help chesina with H1B from India. E year ma vadu india nunchi H1B file chesadu even I posted in db evariki ayina help autadhi emo ani, i got huge response from somany people... proud to say, I referred 24 ppl to my company this year out of 24, 21 is from AFDB. almost chala mandhiki approvals and stamping kuda ayipoyindhi, gurthunna vallu thanks bhayya annaru inkontha mandhi i eligible for that i got it simple anesaru... nenem feel kale becoz i never expected any thing from any one.

 

chittimallu okate cheppadu, nuvvu okadiki job chupisthunnav ante vadiki annam peduthunnav aadhi neeku eppatiki ayina manche chupistadhi...he is 100% correct...
