Neeku evaru training ivvaru... most of them try to perform well in the interview and get the job... chala mandhi around 90 % on the job lo train avutharu self ga vallani veelani adigi... Akkada job vasthe don't expect it to be permanent ... starting looking for jobs at other companies as well... akkada situation chala unstable ga vuntundhi job vachina kuda.... Mech jobs ki look in Michigan, Ohio and Texas ( Houston) .... All the Best....

New Graduates ni hire cheskoni , train chesi, oka location lo padestharu... adhi vasthe exscellent oppurtunity annatlu..... Otherwise .. nuvvu cheyalsina pani.... add F A K E internships that you have done so and so work in some company .. akkada ivi avi nerchukunna ani raayi resume lo..... Ikkada students graduate ayye time ki 3-4 internships chestharu.... Inka MS chesina americans ki aaithe 5-6 Internships vuntayi.. mana maholaki okka internship vundatame yekkuva andhuke .. andhuke thwaraga jobs raavu.... So fake internshi ps add cheyyi.... and nuvvu vati gurunchi adigthe answer chese tatlu vundali...... Most of the time ninnu akkada yemi pani chesavu ane adugutharu.. vallu nuvve cheppe answers thone guess kottesatharu nuvvu abbadam cheppava nijam cheppava ani..... ninnu proofs adagaru 95% of the time.. pani chesi natlu choopinchu ani.... so yemi cheppina confident ga cheppu.....
