I dont think you will have to. but travel chese tappudu .. old I797, new I797 and employment verification letter, paystubs ani carry cheyali anukunta.. check murthy forum

It depends on the company you are joining, these points for big companies processing.

1. Pls use the same resume what you are using till now, never change.
2. For fake exp get a letter from your current employer (on their letter head) for your future proof that you worked for that company as a consultant for that fake  period, even though you are on H1.
3. I’m sure the new company where your are gonna join checks your previous tax related earnings which they get from credit check.
4. For your benefit get your credit yearly once, most report states gets for free once in a year.
5. All times just maintain good communication with HR personnel.
