Can anyone give me the details how it works. One of my friend got a b1 visa to USA for 10 years. Questions i have is can he work on b1 visa and how long can he stay at a time, and can he convert to another visa types like f1. Any possible details are appreciated.

I think b1 meeda at once more than 3 months undodu anukunta.. and every 3 months madhayalo 6 months gap undali before they come back

B1 visa not a work visa it is generally used to attend seminars,training,meetings like that. it should not be any productive work. you cannot be get paid ..

Desi companies will apply B1 visa as it is bit easy to get and send the candidates to usa and make them to stay for 3-6 months and they will pay like 2500$ like that so that in future lo a candidate vala company vadili velakunda vuntadu ani. e desi companies just meeting/training ala edho okati chepi illegal ga work cheyistharu .
