That guy hit the sudden brake is Indian donno what the story he narrated to cops ... But cops gave me report number saying iam the primary cause for accident ....now whom do I need I talk to defend ?

Kaani baa, you should not have accepted that it was your fault. In fact, evaraina rear-end chestey (antey vena nunchi vachi dash kodithey), tappu hit chesina vaadidi avuthadi. One should always maintain enough distance from the front car so that he can stop without hitting, otherwise it will be called tail gating. I suggest oka lawyer ne matladuko....
