Car Accident...urgent Help

I told the same to cops ... But what my mistake I was afraid and went ahead few meters and stopped my car on interstate ... That guy hit the sudden brake is Indian donno what the story he narrated to cops ... But cops gave me report number saying iam the primary cause for accident ....now whom do I need I talk to defend ?

brake chesindhi accidnet ayyaka.. he just tried to help out.. no reason man.. his car doesnt have single scratch.. and the first car in the row is not hit on its side.. it is hit on its trunk.. which means the driver didnt move the lane to avoid him hitting him...That being said even if the cause of the accident is him crossing hte solid lane.. he should be fined for crossing the lane, but  not for  causing the panic on the other desi driver..
