Eb2 India Priority Date Goes Back To 2004.... Crap...

EB2 and EB3 Priority Dates are released by the USCIS for December 2013. As expected by H1BWiki, The EB2 priority dates for India have gone back to 2004 from 2008 and EB3 back by 1 month to 1^st Sep 2003. This is not a great news to many Indian non-immigrants waiting for their priority dates.
